Pool Deck & Beach
For pool facilities, you are welcome to use our pool at Hula! Sunset Club & Restaurant. Enjoy a relaxing swim, sunbathing, and sipping cocktails by the shaded and comfortable poolside — Walk out from reception to your left.
You can ask for towels from our staff at Hula! Sunset Club & Restaurant. and use any sun beds in the pool and the beach, free of charge for our in-house guest.

Early check-in is possible as soon as your room is ready.
When is the best weather to visit Gili?
The ideal time to explore Gili is in the dry season, from May to October, when the skies are clear and the weather is delightful. Outside these months, you might experience light rain, but they are brief and won’t disrupt your holiday, making Gili a great destination all year round.
Do you offer spa services?
We don’t have a dedicated spa facility at our resort, but we partner with local vendors who can provide in-room spa services. To book, please contact our receptionist or reach out to our Front Office via phone.
What are your restaurant opening hours?
Our restaurant is open daily from 07:00 AM to 23:00 PM
Does your restaurant have vegetarian,vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes, our menu includes a selection of vegetarian and vegan options. Although we don’t offer a separate gluten-free menu, we’re happy to prepare gluten-free meals upon request with prior notice.
Do you provide iron, iron board and hairdryer?
Yes, hairdryers are provided in every room. An iron and ironing board are also available upon request at no additional cost.
What is the difference between a Superior Room and a Garden Cottages Room?
The main difference is in size and layout. Our Superior Rooms are 26 sqm, while the Garden Cottages are more spacious at 44 sqm and include an outdoor sofa. Both have open-air bathrooms; the Superior Room features a small garden inside the bathroom, while the Garden Cottages offer a small private garden in front of the room.
Does your resort provide extra beds?
Yes, extra beds are available at IDR 350,000 per bed, including breakfast for one person.
Do you have any room with twin beds?
Yes, we do. Twin beds are available in both our Superior Rooms and Garden Cottages, but the number is limited.
Does your resort collaborate with any clinic in Gili Trawangan?
Yes, we collaborate with Klinik Warna, Empat Pillar, and Nusa Medica in Gili Trawangan
I saw an ads that you offer floating breakfast. Is there a minimum spend or a package for it? What is the starting price and how can I book it?
Yes, we offer Floating Breakfast as well as Floating Dining for sunset. The package is designed for couples and starts from IDR 300,000, including a main dish, fruits, bread, coffee/tea, and a coconut. Do you provide romantic dinner packages?
Yes, we do offer romantic dinner packages. Guests can choose between a minimum spend option starting from IDR 800,000 at the beach area, or set packages priced at IDR 1,000,000 and IDR 1,500,000, which can be arranged either at the beach or at Hula’s second floor indoor area. Both packages include a 4-course dinner (appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert). The difference is that the IDR 1,000,000 package includes 2 glasses of wine, while the IDR 1,500,000 package includes 1 bottle of wine.
Is entry to Rabbit Jump free?
If you are a guest of FRii Resort Gili Trawangan, you can enjoy free entry to Rabbit Jump by simply showing your room key. You’ll also receive a special price for FDC during special events, and an additional 10% discount at Rabbit Jump Gili Trawangan.

The safety, health, and wellbeing of all PHM Hotel's Guest and Employee has always been our priority, especially during this CoViD-19 Pandemic situation. To ensure our guest’s safety, PHM Hotels has developed and implemented the PHM-AmanSafe program where “Aman” means safe in Indonesian. The program is to make sure that we provide all of our hotel properties with strict health protocol guidelines. Once they are strictly evaluated and in accordance with WHO standards, they are each labeled for their Health, Safety, and Cleanliness protocols and measures.
Our PHM-AmanSafe program is to guarantee that the health protocol will always be in place to provide the highest level of safety and hygiene for our guests and employees beginning from Personal Hygiene, Body Temperature measurement, Face Covering, Physical Distancing, and overall Hotel Cleanliness. In addition, new protocols will be developed and implemented in the near future according to the updated Health Protocols.
Other illustrations of the protocols such as the Enhanced Sanitation Guidelines and Training for Food Safety and Guest Accommodation are also implemented which includes recommended hygiene and disinfecting practices such as modifying in-room dining services, designing new approaches to buffets and offering food and beverage by distant ordering.
In our PHM-AmanSafe program, we have also implemented the new cleaning procedures which incorporate the health & safety measures, implementation of contact point cleaning and disinfection procedures, removing or re-arranging furniture in common areas, and the addition of plexiglass partitions at the hotel's front desks.
